Ashley Darby

Ashley Darby (born April 14, 1980) was born on April 14, 1980. She is an American actor and singer. Her fame grew after being named Miss District of Columbia, in the year 2011. Since the start of The Real Housewives of Potomac in January 2016, she has played an important role on the show. Ashley Darby's passions are philanthropy, hospitality, and holistic healthcare. Being an Maryland resident with a fiery persona, Ashley is awash with determination and an inexplicably strong desire to be successful. Ashley is the eldest daughter in her family. Growing up she had a variety of tasks for her mother who was single as well as her younger siblings. When she was 18, Ashley attended University of Maryland while bartending in the background. This helped her to maintain financial stability for both her family and herself. Ashley began working in bartending as she was at an event called the Miss District of Columbia Pageant. In the year 2011, Ashley won the Miss District of Columbia Pageant crown. Shortly after, Ashley was introduced to Michael Darby an Australian real millionaire in the real estate industry who's nearly 29 years her senior. Ashley was within a totally new world. Ashley and Michael got married in 2019. They became parents of Dean Michael and Dylan Matthew. They spent eight wonderful years with each other, but split in the year 2022. Ashley who is a certified instructor of yoga, believes the balance is based on the inner peace as well as physical fitness. Ashley even though she is having all the fun in the world, is working out how to balance motherhood and the love of her life. Ashley's occupation is that of a television host. When she first started out she worked as bartender since her family needed cash. Her love of fashion and entertainment was there when she was young. In addition, she entered the competition with all her determination. The winner was Miss District of Columbia 2011 and was awarded the title. Then, in 2011 she took part in The Miss America Pageant. Although she didn't win the title, she still received an award. She also won an award called the John Curran Award, which is an award for interviewing non-finalists.
